Virtualetic is managed, owned and operated by Juli Lovric, who has been passionately engaged in a virtual career since 2010.

​

Juli began her working career in the retail industry during her formative years. Working for 6 years, throughout her secondary and tertiary education, it was this early introduction which she credits with establishing her strong work ethic and high expectations of providing professional service in a reliable, consistent and client centred environment. It is also this which formed the basis of her mantra ‘effort reaps its reward’.

After attaining a BA, focusing on Communication, Psychology and Computing, she began full time employment as an Administrative Officer for the WorkCover Authority of NSW. Ever the high achiever, within one year three promotions ensued in the Administration field. Tasks at that time included data entry, support of presentation and training materials, word processing and numerous administrative tasks.

Soon enough, she gained a position which aligned more firmly with her studies and corporate aspirations with the NSW Police Service. This saw Juli advance as one of the youngest middle managers within a 300 person business unit. During her tenure in middle management roles as Team Coordinator, Systems Administration Unit and later as Team Leader, Data Processing Unit, she could be seen consistently driving improvements to workflow, system changes, administration, staff, IT and project management.

Taking a hiatus from her 15 year career, to establish a family, Juli was keen to get back into the corporate world. In an effort to combine both domestic bliss and a passion to use her education, skills and experience, the inevitable happened….she launched her virtual career.

​

Within 2 weeks of actively pursuing virtual work, Juli engaged in a host of tasks for various clients such as data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, event management, reformatting, instruction manual development… all round administrative business support. It was clear to Juli that Virtual Support was both engaging and offered exciting opportunities to be involved in the corporate and business world. Her passion soon turned towards Social Media, Blogging, Content Creation and Websites; where her creative flare came to the fore.

After years of delivering professional and efficient results in a reliable and consistent manner and networking with a number of virtual community groups, Juli was ready to brand and expand… Virtualetic was born!​

Apart from achieving a BA, Juli  is constantly building on her skills through training, workshops, seminars, conferences and through her own passion for ‘playing’ with the myriad of software available in this wonderfully digital world!
